Delivery and Return
1. Ordering
Our site gives the opportunity to order Natstim nutritional supplements in two ways:
(1) with a single order form and
(2) ordering through a registered client account – you need to select the option to register an account when placing an order.
To place a single order or sign up for a client account, you must be an adult and provide the information listed above. We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Upon completion of the order you will receive a written confirmation from us by e-mail. It certifies the acceptance of the order. You will also receive a second email when the order is shipped. In case a check or data correct is needed, we will contact you at the phone number provided.
By clicking on the “Order” button you will finish your order and enter into a contract for purchase and sale of the requested items with “Natstim” EOOD, for which you are obliged to pay the corresponding amount. Our system will generate an automatic confirmation of the conclusion of the contract at the email address specified by you.
Ordering a product/products through the online store is a distance selling contract governed by the Consumer Protection Act.
Responsibility for all actions performed on behalf of a registered user, using his/her username and password, is borne by the person whose details are specified in the client account. “Natstim” EOOD is not responsible for unauthorized use of your client account by third parties.
2. Prices and payment methods
All prices listed on the site are in Bulgarian levs (BGN) including VAT.
Product prices DO NOT INCLUDE shipping costs, except in cases where the conditions for free shipping are met.
For orders over 150 BGN each customer automatically receives an additional 5% discount on the cart total amount.
The discount does not apply to the price of products in promotion, as well as to the shipping price!
Payments are made in BGN in one of the following ways:
(1) in cash, cash on delivery – the price is paid to the courier upon delivery;
(2) by bank transfer to the account of “Natstim” EOOD, indicated on the order confirmation site when selecting the option “Direct bank payment”, as well as in the subsequent e-mail notice about received, hold-up order.
By choosing to pay by bank transfer, you agree to pay the price of your order in advance to the bank account specified by us. If you choose the “Direct Bank Payment” option, the order will be hold-up until the actual receipt of the amount in our bank account.
3. Delivery and receipt of products
Your order will be delivered by courier to the address you have specified. Orders are processed every weekday until 14:00 h.
The maximum delivery time is 3 working days from the date of order. (The time for economical delivery abroad may take longer). “Natstim” EOOD works with Speedy courier service, which delivers according to the SPEEDY schedule. For Sofia and the country, it is within one day, and for some settlements there is a certain timetable and the delivery time can be extended there.
The shipping is free for orders over 70 BGN.
4. Problems with order fulfillment and responsibilities
We strive to execute all orders with accuracy, but there are cases in which the execution of your order may be hindered or delayed for any of the following reasons:
(1) We do our best to make available the products offered, but some of the products ordered might not be available; in this case, we will contact you as soon as possible by telephone or by e-mail.
(2) You have selected a direct bank payment but no payment have been made or there is a delay in receiving the transfer.
(3) You have provided incorrect or incomplete delivery details – full name, address, telephone, postal code.
In case of a discrepancy between the products received and ordered or if an inaccuracy or problem arises due to a reason within our responsibilities, we will bear the cost of returning and replacing the non-compliant products.
In case of impossibility for delivery due to a reason within your responsibilities (you are not at the specified address or do not answer the courier’s calls within the specified time), your order will be returned to us and we will notify you by e-mail in due time. All costs for reshipment are entirely at your expense.
5. Refusal of order and return of purchased products
Within 14 days of the date of delivery of the ordered products, you may return them without giving any specific reason, provided that the following conditions are met:
(1) the product is in its original packaging, which is unbroken and unstained;
(2) the product is accompanied by the original document with which you have received the order (with your order you will receive an accompanying document – fiscal coupon when paying to courier, cash on delivery or invoice when paying by bank transfer);
(3) the cost of returning the product is at your expense;
(4) you have sent us a notice by e-mail (via the contact form on the site) explicitly stating your desire to return products and their exact description.
You can replace the products with others or we can refund their value if you do not want a replacement.
In order to cancel the contract or make a replacement it is necessary to send us a notification via the contact form on the site and send back the products within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Cash paid on delivery is only refunded by bank transfer to your personal account. The refund shall be made within 14 days of the date on which you have notified us of the cancellation of the order, specifying the number of the dispatch note with which the returned products were shipped.
