The technological challenges of a creating for a new for our market product, KlinoDetox tablets, were successfully resolved. The product contains Bulgarian raw material under a patent protection, micronized and permanently triboactivated natural clinoptilolitе as supersorbent KLS-5.

The active substance used is zeolite mineral, 97% clinoptilolit, treated on patent technology to increase the porosity and sorbent surface of the particles.

Zeolites are a large group of minerals that are hydrated aluminosilicates. Originally, zeolite minerals are predominantly hydrothermal associated with volcanic activity. In Bulgaria, in the Northeastern Rhodopes there are several deposits of zeolites with basic minerals in them, clinoptilolite and mordenite.

The structure of zeolite minerals is highly micro porous. The wide spread use of zeolites is due to their two basic properties, which distinguish them from all other minerals – the selective passage of molecules of different sizes (molecular sieves) and easy ion exchange. The adsorption properties of zeolites have a huge industrial use for purification (water, nuclear waste, greenhouse gas emissions, etc.), in construction, in agriculture (provide slow release of potassium, etc.) etc. Studies have shown that clinoptilolite absorbs mycotoxins in animal feed and improves the absorption of nutrients from domestic animals (cows, pigs, etc.).

Clinoptilolite is extremely studied and safe for internal use.
